Areas of Focus: mental health recovery, 2SLGBTQ+ adults, children, youth and families, trauma informed care, youth and adults struggling with chronic suicidality and self-harm behaviours, and support for parents with a 2SLGBTQ2S+ family member. I also have lived experience with depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD.

Modalities: Solution-Focused, Narrative, ARC (Attachment, Regulation & Competency) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
