A warm, affirming space for young people to explore feelings, identity, relationships, and life changes at a pace that feels safe for them. Sessions may include talk therapy, creative approaches, play-based work, and family collaboration when helpful. Rooted in compassion and big respect for developmental needs, neurodiversity, and 2SLGBTQIA+ identities.
