Areas of Focus: Anxiety, OCD, Phobias.
Identity/gender exploration & transition, body image and disordered eating (including ARFID), relationships, grief, parenting challenges, parents raising neurodivergent/non-binary/trans kids and teens & more

Modalities: EMDR, ERP, Emotion-focused therapeutic modalities, attachment-based framework, CBT, DBT.

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (Virtual): 9am-3pm.
Wednesday (In-person & Virtual): 9am-3pm.
